Catherine Foushee
Cathy Foushee is a widely recognized and well-respected consultant and provides technical resources to home builders; and is dedicated to improving the technical processes of the home building industry. Cathy offers technology consulting and software recommendations including the top technical trends available in the industry, and she has a solid history of working with organizations to evaluate and recommend the best solutions for their needs, delivering RESULTS. Cathy has a unique combination of cutting-edge technical and industry knowledge.  She works with home builders, contractors, subcontractors, and technology companies to apply technology to proven processes, to help the contractor operate with greater efficiency and increased profit. Cathy is a NAHB Life Director, NCHBA Past Officer, Serves on the NAHB Business Management and Information Technology Committee, Trustee and Instructor for the North Carolina Builders Institute, Raleigh Wake Associate of the Year, and NCHBA Nominee to NAHB for AOTY.  She works with clients from Large Public Production Home Builders, Builder 20 Club Members, Crescent Builder Members, and Construction Software Developers.  She founded her company twenty one years ago. She works for the CUSTOMER rather than a specific vendor.

Lynn Brown
Lynn is an award winning consultant with more than 10 years experience in the construction industry. In addition to her consulting experience, Lynn has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and an Associates Degree in Computer Science.

Vickie Dameron
Vickie joins the our team of consultants after working more than 10 years in the construction industry. She is also currently serving on the Gaston Board of Realtors. She is a Certified Trainer for CSG Job Accounting Plus. With her working knowledge of a construction office, a BS in Mathematics, and a MS in Business Administration; she is able to provide our clients the leadership they need to improve their bottom line.

Jenny Evans
Jenny is a Timberline Certified Consultant with 13 years Timberline software experience. She has hands on knowledge of construction accounting. Jenny is available for on-site & classroom training and consulting on all of Timberline's accounting modules for clients in the Construction/Service/Engineering field. She founded the Local Timberline User Group for Georgia in 1992 and served as local coordinator from 1992-1998. Jenny served on the National TUG Board of Directors 1996. She has been a session leader for many TUG conferences and a Timberline user for four years prior to consulting. Jenny is Certified in Gold Extended, Standard, AR,SM, Billing & Contracts, Service Management, Data Conversion & Axium Protrax. She is currently working on Certification for Builder MT.

Neal Francisco

Greg is an expert at our QuickEST estimating system. He is available for onsite consulting and training. With more than 16 years as a Licensed General Contractor with coaching and construction management consultant experience, Greg can help you determine the best software and management tools for your business.

Janet Johnson, Sales Consultant
Janet Johnson grew up with her father in the insulation business. This experience peaked Janet’s interest in working with sub contractors, home builders, remodeling and commercial contractors. As a Sales Consultant, Janet specializes in construction software products and consultant alignment. Janet holds a BA in Business from UNC at Charlotte and understands all aspects of Project Management, Vertical Applications, and the Technical Processes. She can match your needs to the product and the consultant that will solve your technical challenges. In addition, she can streamline your processes, which save you time and your cost of doing business. She can also improve your communication from the field to office to customer. Jan is an active member of the Union County Home Builder Association in North Carolina.

Jerry Kearley
Jerry is a Certified Senior Level Consultant and has more than six years experience with Timberline working with General Contractors, Homebuilders and Specialty Contractors training users and Database setup. He has worked with most Databases and all modules sold by Timberline. His other product experience includes Builder MT Estimating databases, and he is a classroom training Instructor for Estimating and Project Management. Jerry earned his Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in Building Construction; he is currently working to obtain his graduate degree with Georgia State University concentrating in Real Estate and Urban Development. Jerry also has first hand knowledge of construction, working for nine years as Foreman, Engineer, Superintendent and Manager with two General Contractors on parking garages, hospitals, office buildings, low and high rise, shopping malls. He has five years experience with Southern Bell in Building Engineering. Jerry spent five years with two commercial development companies developing office and retail space and three years with industrial engineering firms doing project controls. Other experience includes home building, Insurance and Real Estate Appraisal.

Jack Kinane
Jack has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers and a MS in Management Science from Stevens Institute. After 30 years of progressively responsible positions within the Engineering and Construction industry Jack started Kinane International in 1993. Jack is able to provide our clients Training and Technical Support as well as consulting work and the setting up of databases for the integration of various CAD products with either Master Builder or CSG.

Linda Marrazzo
Linda is a computer consultant with 20 years experience specializing in construction accounting software. Her clients include small to large homebuilders, general contractors and specialty contractors. Services include implementations, training, support, qtr & year-end computer reporting and Crystal report writing. She has a unique talent in database troubleshooting and in creating customized control procedures enabling clients to maintain data integrity. She has received many awards including the Top Dealer Award in Recognition of Superior Customer Support. Construction software includes, GEAC’s Starbuilder, Basic Builder, Master Builder, Job Accounting Plus, Peachtree, & Quickbooks.

Amitesh Sinha
Amitesh Sinha, CIO has over 16 years of Management and IT Consulting experience. As the head of Information, his primary focus is on improving business processes with IT and provides customers with strategies and tactical approach to gain usefulness of corporate information. He works with customers to nurture a culture of seeking solutions from within their own business problems ensuring responsibility for their IT investments and profitable returns. He has lot of experience in improving Business Processes in various industries including Home Building. He architected a Home Building Management Software, Builders CoPilot; he understands the current systems in the Home Building Market and because of his Technical Skill and Diversified Industry Knowledge, he is qualified to consult with Home Builders what systems can work and what cant, depending on how sophisticated their own systems, staff and resources are. He consults with Home Builders and other Industry Heads on Process Re-engineering and Improving Profitability.

Joseph Zagami
Joe has over ten years experience with Timberline software, and is a Certified Consultant with Timberline (Construction and Property Management) as well as BuilderMT. Joe has been a CPA for 20 years, and before becoming a consultant, was a corporate controller for 10 years. Joe is a wonderful resource for our Timberline clients because he has the knowledge they need to effectively manage their financial portfolio.

Arthur T. Zinszer
Art is a seasoned professional with extensive experience from middle management through Board level positions within several industries. Currently he provides a variety of consulting services to the homebuilding Industry with a focus on maximizing operational efficiency. Art works with clients on business turnarounds and new startups encompassing strategic planning, company structure, process development, leadership development and executive coaching.
